Vote: XPS or ND?

Hey guys

ryan and me were thinking if we should make the third server (not HS and not TJ) into a Public XPS server or a NoDownload server.

in my opinion we should make a NoDownload server, at least for the first few weeks (maybe 2 weeks?), since they are really popular. when the server is full, we can still set it into a normal XPS server, but especially the beginners dont want to download anything (especially if you look at the download rate that still has to be fixed).

ryan, could you give your reasons for a XPS server?

the difference would mainly be that we cant upload anything on the server.

for some reason my ping is wicked high on tht server and on all the downloaded servers my ping is low

Hmm.. I prefer XPS Public, but you have a point in your story, InFeR. Let it be ND and when ppl come and play there often, we can decide later on..
